On March 15, 1990, Daysha Nicole Johnson was born to Dayle Johnson and Terry Atkins in Wilmington, Delaware. Early Friday, March 29, 2024, Daysha Departed this world to be with her Heavenly Father.
In 1993, she moved to Camden, South Carolina, and at the age of three she gave her life to Christ and joined Gaines Baptist Church.
In 2009, Daysha graduated from Camden High School and furthered her education at Southeastern College in Columbia, South Carolina where she received her certification in massage therapy. She loved caring for others and found her true passion in home health. Daysha treated all her clients as if they were her family and ensured they had a great experience with her at all times.
Daysha loved life and treated everyone with love and respect. She was a light in many lives and she shined brightly. She was a jokester and always had you smiling. Daysha loved her circle so heavily that each of them knew how much she loved them.
Daysha was a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend so much more but would always remind you that Ethan and Zowee were the true loves of her life. She loved her children and took pride in being their mother. She always ensured they were happy and knew how much they meant to her. You did not see Daysha without her babies.
Daysha was preceded into the gates by her grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Daysha leaves to cherish her memories to include her children, Ethan J. Pollard and Zowee N. Pollard of Camden, SC; her mother, Dayle Johson of Camden, SC; her father, Terry Atkins of Camden SC; her sister, Tiffany Johnson of Camden, SC; three cousins, Tykell Johnson, DeAndre Bennett and LeAndrea Bennett all of Camden, SC; her only goddaughter, Shaina Ross; a special cousin/second mother, Wanda Atkin of Camden, SC; a honorary big sister; Quana Thomas of Charlotte, NC and a host of aunts, uncles, cousin, many family and friends.
Although Daysha left us unexpectedly. She is right there with her Heavenly Father. We must remember that Daysha always brought a bright light to all our lives, but it was time for her to go back into the true light.
